Shield 2.2 Zipfree Short Arm Wetsuit Description

Perfect for autumn and spring in southern QLD, NSW and WA or the top half of the north island in NZ, the Shield 2.2 zipfree short arm full (SAF) suit combines light weight, maximum flexibility & warmth.

Made from Yamamoto’s eco-friendly limestone based, ultra premium #39 neoprene, which is significantly stretchier and more durable than standard petroleum neoprene.
Plus it’s hydrophobic, only absorbing 2% of water!

The Shield zipfree entry / exit system enables you to get into & out of the suit ridiculously easily and extends on the “Arms Up” design philosophy, resulting in virtually zero shoulder restriction.
Combined with supercharged compression technology, allowing you to surf longer and stronger, with less fatigue.

The Isurus Shield zipfree range might just change the way you think about wetsuits!

At Isurus, our passion is to build world-class wetsuits that stand up to the harshest conditions the ocean might offer.

Living and surfing in and along the California coast, a frequent topic of conversation was just how much wetsuit innovation had stagnated and quality had deteriorated. It is about designing a wetsuit that improves surfer performance. Click for more about Isurus.
