If you would like to return a purchase made from Isurus Wetsuits ANZ, you may return the unused items in salable condition anytime within 30 days of purchase* — for whatever reason.
Fit issues need to be resolved before the product is used in the water. Once the wetsuit is used in the water we cannot accept a return.

Please allow 10 business days after we receive the item for the refund to appear in your account.

*30 Days” is defined as the time from the day of order to the day of return request initiation. Please refer to important packing instructions below to ensure the item is in a 'salable condition'.
We stand behind our wetsuits. However, care must be taken when in use and they must be dried and stored as per the instructions supplied. Isurus is not responsible for wetsuits that show normal wear and tear (including nicks, scratches and fading) over time or show signs of abuse.
All return merchandise must be packed correctly to avoid creasing the neoprene. Excessive creasing damage to the neoprene can result in a 10-25% surcharge for returned items. In some cases we may deny the return and not refund the customer. We advise packing the wetsuit in a large box where it can lay flat. If you wear the wetsuit in the water, “even if it is just once” or “you thought it would fit”, you will not be eligible for a refund. Sorry No Exceptions.
