If you would like to return a purchase made from Isurus, you may return the unused items in salable condition (unused, with all tags and packaging) anytime within 30 days of purchase* — for whatever reason.
Fit issues need to be resolved before the product is used in the water. Once the wetsuit is used in the water we cannot accept a return.
Please note that all sale items are final and cannot be returned.
*30 Days” is defined as the time from the day of order to the day of return request initiation.

We stand behind our wetsuits. Truth is that wetsuits require care if they are going to perform and wear the way they were intended. Isurus is not responsible for wetsuits that show normal wear and tear over time or show signs of abuse. Knicks, scratches and fading are inevitable, as are tears from the occasional encounter with the elements.
All return merchandise must be packed correctly to avoid creasing the neoprene. Excessive creasing damage to the neoprene can result in a 10-25% surcharge for returned items. In some cases we may deny the return and not refund the customer. We advise packing the wetsuit in a large box where it can lay flat. If you wear the wetsuit in the water, “even if it is just once” or “you thought it would fit”, you will not be eligible for a refund. Sorry No Exceptions.
